Sally, Ashley, their 4 lovely children and 2 dogs, hosted a wonderful wedding at Wyresdale Park at the beginning of August and we were lucky enough to spend the day with them. Obviously, having such a large and young family can be a little hectic but these guys were just so chilled from morning preps all the way through to the dancefloor action. Joining us on the day, we had Mark & Phil from Scott & Lees Photography (which always means campervan conversations). We hope you enjoy this warm up to your wedding film, it will be with you very soon. Thanks for inviting us, Ro & Lisa X
Oh my, what a wonderful day we had with Olivia & Andrew at the end of June, SCORCHING! Starting off with a fun and relaxed morning at Olivia’s parents house, we learned about Rate My Banana, the value of Country & Western Music and was introduced to Liv’s childhood teddy (who makes an appearance in the feature film). A beautiful ceremony in the Ribble Valley followed this, and then to one of our very favorite venues, Mitton Hall with the queen of weddings, Leslie Anne x Joining us on this day filled with laughter, lots of sun and dancing, we had Nick English Photography and one of our favorite wedding guests, Jack Watkins (thank you for the music sir). What a truly wonderful day we had with Mr & Mrs Frazer, thank you for inviting us, your wedding film will be with you very soon. Lots of Love, Ro & Lisa x
It started off as a quiet, sunny morning at Beeston Manor with Jess, Sweats and the rest of the girls, and quickly turned in to a laugh riot all day thanks to an amazing couple and their guests. Both Jess and David had prepared us for their surprise at the end of the speeches and the reactions were just pure gold! Joining us on the day were Iain & Suzie from Eighth Ave Photography, Makeup by Megan, The Wayfarers and Call Me Flower. Jess & David, your wedding film will be with you very soon, thank you for inviting us, Ro & Lisa X
Where do we start with our first encounter with Rachel & Nathan… Well, first of all we filmed her sisters (Debs) wedding at Eaves Hall were Rachel not only gave a speech (priceless story to go with that) but, also caught the Bouquet in one hand. Following this, we filmed her Chief Bridesmaids (Ellie & Graham) wedding at Bartle Hall, and once again she gave a speech and caught the Bouquet. Next, was her bridesmaid (Stef & Iain) who we filmed at Holmes Mill, Nathan managed to break his leg the day before which meant he turned up with an interesting look for that one. And finally, we get to the 20th of May 2023, the day of Rachel & Nathans wedding at Gibbon Bridge Hotel, and WHAT A DAY! It’s great to see so many familiar faces on a wedding day, and from the moment we started filming, we knew it was going to be a fun packed day of singing and dancing in the sun. Joining us to capture the day, Anthony Ives Photo, entertainment by one of our favorite singers Paul Guard who gave us so much action to film, and DJ Nathan Connelly. The brand new Mr& Mrs Lloyd hosted a wedding which we just loved, everyone on top form, the weather was amazing, they looked stunning and we cannot wait to see you all again for Amy & Mikes wedding later this year. Congratulations, thank you for having us, your wedding film will be with you very soon. Roland & Lisa x Woop!
We were a very last minute edition to the wedding of Katy & Daniel which took place on a stunning day in April at Samlesbury Hall in the Ribble Valley. Katy and her Bridesmaids enjoyed a very relaxed morning in the cottage on site, and we were joined by Beth Wood Photography, Kerry Baker MUA and Sam Gateley. Thank you for inviting us to your wedding, it was such a lovely day to spend with a close group of friends and family. Your wedding film will be with you very soon. “You sir are an absolute genius!!! We love the wedding video and all the extras – honestly we have cried buckets again tonight …. It’s so special and I can’t thank you enough“
Just as we finished editing this wedding film, the new ‘Wedding Valley’ T.V show started and who showed up on the first episode? none other than our bride Katie, who they showed dress hunting at Lulu Browns in Whalley. After an extremally wet start to 2023, Katie & Nick were blessed with a full day of sun at Stirk House, and what a wonderful day they had. A BIG THANK YOU to Mr Alex Birtwell for firstly recommending ourselves to Mr & Mrs Payne and also giving us so much action to record during the drinks reception, meal and evening. Congratulations to you both, thank you for inviting us X
