“Hi Roland, We watched the video last night and I just wanted to say what a great job! I had tears in my eyes for most of it and it was just so amazing to have had our day recorded” (Jen)
The rain may have dominated the day at Mottram Hall in ‘Mid August’ but, this did not spoil any of Jenique & Sam’s fun. Myself & Nick English enjoyed a very calm and stress free morning with the girls. Jenique was so chilled as she slipped into her beautiful address before walking down the aisle with her dad to meet Sam. I do love personalised vows, especially when you are gonna drop a ‘Friends’ reference, sooooooo good! One of the many highlights from this wonderful day was capturing the Ceilidh Dancing. All of the guests had so much fun, running around, spinning and very quickly learning new dance routines, they ruled the dance floor!
Thank you both for inviting me to your BIG DAY, I had a great time. Lots of Love, Ro x
I do remember in the evening of her wedding, asking Beth if she was OK with ‘Bed Wetting’ & ‘Rubber Willies’ being included in her film, she laughed and replied “Go For It” 🤣 What a fun day we all had a Beeston Manor for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Abram. The girls looked amazing during the morning preparations and one of our Best Men looked more nervous than the Groom (maybe the Rubber Willy was on his mind 🤫) Our friends at DFC (Addy B & Robin) kicked off the atmosphere during the wedding breakfast and it continued all through to the evening. This crowd loved to party. Both Beth & Ryan were so easy to work with, so chilled and ready to enjoy a wonderful day with all their fave peeps! Thank you for inviting me to your incredible day, I totally loved every minute, all the best, Ro X
I first met Robin and Lucy at the wedding of Kayleigh & David back in 2019. Knowing that these guys throw a great party, I was definitely looking forward to this one. When our Groom mentioned that he had invited a Bucking Bronco, well, the day could not come soon enough 😀 Joining me on the day was my fellow shooter and top photographer David Scholes. Amongst the many highlights from this wonderful day, obviously a gorgeous looking Bride & Groom, Margaret the ‘5 Quid Photo Bomber’ the amazing set by Back Chat Brass and did I mention The Bucking Bronco, sooooooo funny 🤣
This was honestly such an amazing day with a perfectly chilled and lovely couple. Thank you for inviting me, lots of love, Roland X
On a beautiful day in May, at Mitton Hall (one of my favourite venues) Elle & Stephen, along with their family, friends and party goers, enjoyed a wonderful day of love, laughter and dancing! As soon as I walked into the morning preparations (and what a busy room it was) I knew this day was gonna be soooooo much fun. Elle is probably one of the most relaxed Brides I have worked with in a long time. Her Bride Tribe really set the tone of the day. On Photo duties, it was great to be joined by Kerry Woods, along with music by Alex H from We Are Music. (Thanks for the soundtrack) I really enjoyed spending the day with Mr & Mrs Stevens, they were super relaxed and up for anything. Thank you for inviting me to your BIG DAY, all the very best , Roland X
Summer, Smoke, Laughter & Love… The marriage of Zoe & Paul at Mitton Hall was a gloriously hot day in the Ribble Valley. Zoe & the girls enjoyed a relaxing morning (with a wiff of bonfire in the air) and our Groom arrived with the boys loaded into his Maserati. Joining me on Photo duties, Anthony Ives who supplied the smoke bombs for the family shoot in the gardens at Mitton. The whole day was so relaxed, Zoe & Paul were super chilled throughout their entire celebrations. This really was a lovely wedding to film at one of my favourite venues. Congratulations to you both, you have such a lovely family, thank you for inviting me and good luck with moving house very soon x Your wedding film will be with you ver soon.
It has taken a while, but we are starting to finally see summer arrive, and for us, this started with the beautiful wedding of Lauren & Ray at Hobbit Hill. Both myself and Anthony Ives Photography had no problem getting great shots on the day. The woodland ceremony looked stunning as our bridal party arrived. The glorious views over the rubble valley during the evening, and of course, that very silly SMOKE BOMB session before the evening party kicked off. Thank you for inviting me to your wonderful wedding, lots of love, Roland x
A lovely review from Lauren & Ray
We are beyond pleased with our decision to have Roland as our wedding videographer. If you considering whether or not to go for a videographer, do it, and HIRE ROLAND. It’s exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only did Roland capture the content of the day so perfectly, but the way he edited the films overall tone just recreated the whole vibe of the day. He got it spot on! Roland himself is also just a wonderful human being. He hyped us up before the ceremony and throughout the day, and made the whole experience so much fun. From the first enquiries right through until after the wedding, he has made us feel really special and he clearly cares so much about his passion. As a self confessed photo-phobe, I felt so comfortable and most of the time I wasn’t even aware that I was being filmed. We also received our teaser trailer within 24 hours, which definitely helped ease the post wedding blues. We must have watched it 50 times. Roland got the main films back to us within a week, the level of service has been incredible. I’ve had friends who’ve waited 6 months so this was amazing. We haven’t been able to wipe the smiles off our faces and have been showing family and friends every chance we’ve had. Thank you so much RTP films, we are forever grateful
