Officially this is WEDDING 2 and to enjoy any good sequel, you must revisit the first film, Wedding Day 1 and catch up with the backstory.
Since last November when they officially tied the knot at Mitton Hall] Mr & Mrs Mercer have been very busy with organising Wedding Day 2, moving house and also creating a brand new guest to invite to the party!
With all restrictions lifted Abbey & James blew the roof off Mitton Hall with the help of DFC Lancashire. Dan Wootton Photography as always was a barrel of laughs and it was just lovely to see their wedding story completed. Thank you both for inviting us to your wedding, it has been such a great day(s) to be involved , all the very best, Ro & Lisa x
“Just to say we have watched our video and we were overwhelmed with how amazing it was. You captured our day perfectly and we have both cried and laughed throughout watching! It is something we will treasure forever. Thank you so so much. Keep doing what you do as you are amazing! Love,Lucy and Dan” x
Every wedding has its own personality and for us, humour was certainly the driving force behind the entire day. We had so much fun with these two and their friends, thank you for inviting us and congratulations on both your wedding and new home, Ro & Lisa X
The original date was literally weeks away, Gareth’s ‘Pandemic Plan’ happened and we all sat back for a further 15 months…
Rebecca & Gareth celebrated their wedding with friends and family at The Inn at Whitewell which is a very special place for their family and obviously our royalist bride. Along with Kerry Woods Photography, we enjoyed an amazing day in the country surrounded by beautiful views and a couple who genuinely just loved to have fun. Congratulations to you both, thanks for inviting us to your BIG DAY, lots of love, Ro & Lisa x
Meet Gina & Jack, a Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, D.C loving cute couple who invited us to a barn for a party.
So how did we meet these two, well it was a Sunday evening in August, myself and Lisa were sat on the decking finishing off our wine and a message came through on Instagram basically saying “Our wedding is in 4 months, we had not considered a videographer, are you free”. After and hour of getting to know each other, comparing dog photos they decided to invite us a long to their amazing wedding at Bashall Barn. Oh we had sooooo much fun with The Gorrells & Nelsons, they do like to party and we absolutely loved the movie inspired deco. G + J Assembled a stellar #WeTeam including Daisy Chain Photography, Chris from DFC Lancashire, Lucie MUA, Wedlocks, Brides Little Helper, Sam Williams Flowers, Polka Pops, Brides at Charnock Farm, Designed by Natalie.
Congratulations to you both and thank you for making us feel so welcome, R + L XXX
Highlights from the wedding of Mr & Mrs Downes at Bashall Barn in Lancashire
We have had the pleasure of spending 3 great days with the Downes/Rammell Clan, first of all we had Kimberley & Mikes 2 years ago, this year we filmed Jo & James and 6 weeks after that we finally arrive at Katy & David were it just felt like we had filmed a friends wedding.
Our first trip to Bashall Barn started off a little damp to say the least but as we have repeated consistently THIS DOES NOT SPOIL A WEDDING and i think you will agree after watching the highlights above. The venue and team at Bashall really did impress us throughout the day, so helpful and accommodating to myself, Lisa and David Scholes Photography.
The rain could not stay all day and we were treated to a spot of glorious evening sun which everyone could enjoy on the HUGE balcony overlooking the Ribble Valley. We were really looking forward to Katy and Davids BIG DAY and it definitely did not disappoint, thank you for inviting us both, it was lovely seeing you all again! Ro Lisa XXX
