Emily & Joe: Weddings at Bartle Hall

manchester-wedding-video

Why did you choose Bartle Hall for your BIG DAY?

We chose Bartle Hall because itโ€™s a beautiful setting and my parents got married here and it was a brilliant day. They did not disappoint, was a fantastic day and the staff couldnโ€™t be better.

What made you want to have your wedding filmed?

We chose to have a wedding video because we thought it was an important thing to be able to watch the day back, sometimes there are things that photographs just canโ€™t catch.

What was your favourite memory from the whole day?

My favourite memory would be walking down the aisle with both my dads to and Joeโ€™s favourite memory would be when we walked into the wedding breakfast as Mr and Mrs Miller.

What experience did you want for your guests?

We wanted our guests to have the best day and enjoy themselves, which I believe they all did, it was the best day of our lives. ๐Ÿ™‚

Barbz & Biscuit (Hayley & Pete): Weddings at The Belle Epoque, Knutsford

wedding-video-cheshire

Oh we did enjoy the wedding of Barbz & Biscuit (the video should slightly explain the names), we had such a great day with ‘The Nelsons’ and their family ๐Ÿ™‚

The ceremony and reception all took place at The Belle Epoque in the centre of Knutsford, a great boutique wedding venue which myself and Lisa were so looking forward to filming at as it was a new venue for us (apart from the odd social doo that is) and it did not disappoint.
The Bride arrived in her Grooms lovingly restored Ford Escort on busy and bright Saturday in July while Pete (Ginger Monkey Biscuit) and the guests were seated upstairs waiting for the star of the show.

After a lovely ceremony we took the newlyweds out with their photographers Pixies in the Cellar for a relaxed walk around town, it’s so nice to see a Bride & Groom mixing in with the public on their wedding, lots of clapping and cheering from cars and pedestrians always adds to the fun.

Congratulations Hayley & Peter, thank you for making us feel so welcome x

Louise & Scott: Weddings at Mitton Hall, Lancashire

July was a pretty mad month for us and sitting right in the middle of all the chaos was Mr & Mrs Connor who invited us to film their BIG DAY at Mitton Hall.

Louise and her bridesmaids set the tone for this wedding, all relaxed and calm in the morning, no stress at all, even when Scott turned up with his Best Man whose suit was 2 or 3 sizes bigger than he ordered, no one panicked at all (in fact, it got a few laughs).
Jonny Draper joined us on photography duties for this lovely Ribble Valley wedding and Liz Hendry provided some great tunes ย as we all enjoyed some sun in the garden, piggy backs during the photo shoot is always going to end with at least a dirty knee or elbow.
DFC finished the day off with Pat Mulligan and The Tonics keeping the dance floor rocking all night after a wonderful summer wedding with a great couple, congratulations guys x

A few lovely words from Scott & Louise after receiving their film ๐Ÿ™‚

Having a videographer was something we didn’t choose straight away. Wow we are so incredibly happy that we did. You will not be disappointed with Roland and Lisa. We absolutely love our video and adored the sneak peak we received the next day! They really capture the moment of the day and even moments we don’t remember. A pleasure to meet you both and enjoyed having you at our special day. Definitely recommend you both and having a video to remember such a special day. Thank you so much. X

Mitton Hall Weddings: Kelly & Steven

I remember our first meeting with the future Mr & Mrs G, it ended with me removing a very large old and heavy radiator from their home….

Such a wonderful wedding, so much crammed into 1 day. We started early at Mitton Hall with Abigail & Eye Photographyย &ย Flower Designs to capture the bridal preparations and all the surprises that Steven had laid out for his bride (and there was plenty). A beautiful July wedding in the Ribble Valley with plenty of music and entertainment thanks to Jade Gallagher, Lionel Vinyl, Touch the Pearlย Chris Hurst Magic and of course ‘this lot’ below ๐Ÿ™‚

Congratulations Kelly & Steven, thank you for having us on your very special day , Ro & Lisa x

Emily & Aaron: Weddings at The Windmill, Whiteley Green

A country pub location, a beautiful Bride and handsome Groom, lawn games, loud guests and Pugs, this is what a summer wedding is all about!

We arrived early at Norcliffe Chapel in Styal on a very hot Saturday in June ready for the marriage of Emily & Aaron. The Groom and guests enjoyed drinks before the ceremony at The Ship.

The Church setting was perfect as Emily arrived with her Bridesmaids and we enjoyed a very relaxed and humorous ceremony thanks to a great vicar and readings from the bridal party.

After a short drive from the church we arrived at The Windmill Pub which proved to be the perfect reception venue with a real rustic and country charm complete with its own little maze which Chris Morse used for the group shot. The lawn games were very entertaining in the blazing sun, every few minutes you either heard screams from the Jenga Tower falling or shouts of victory as ย the hoop competition heated up.

Blank Cheque provided the evening entertainment and as the sun started to fall we managed to capture the Throwing of the Bouquet which perfectly ended this amazing day that we both thoroughly enjoyed being a part of

Congratulations Mr & Mr Wood x
