Great Hall at Mains Wedding: Hanna & Adam

The Groomsmen were pulling pints behind the bar as we started filming in the centre of Poulton on  a crisp Saturday in April, Jane & Jason from Flower Design fitted the buttonhole flowers to the boys whilst the guests arrived at St Chads Church. The soundtrack to their Big Day really set the tone thanks to Poulton Peoples Choir, we had dancing and clapping bridesmaids all through the service. Hanna arrived with her father and was greeted almost like royalty by the Poulton shoppers who wanted to grab a quick picture of  the Bride before she tied the knot.

A quick bus trip to The Great Hall after the ceremony and we were welcomed by one of favourite singers Paul Guard who entertained everyone through the drinks reception, breakfast and he even performed the first dance!

It was great to work alongside Katie & James from Fairclough Photography,  The Keytars Wedding Band on such an amazing wedding, Mr & Mrs Jarvis picked a perfect team for their wedding and it made it so easy for us film, one of our best memories is just how much Hanna & Adam smiled all day, it was an absolute pleasure to film this beautiful day, congratulations Mr & Mrs J x

Armathwaite Hall Wedding Videography: Gillian & Michael

A perfect day for a wedding deep in the Cumbria countryside is what we hoped for and this one did not disappoint.

Gillian & Michael’s Lake District celebration at the stunning Armathwaite Hall Hotel was such a joy to film, the sunny lakeside setting gave us a chance to capture many beautiful and natural scenes. The Groom was walking around the hotel very early in the morning greeting his guests and soaking up the wonderful atmosphere around Bassenthwaite Lake. Michael only just kept it together as his Bride walked down the aisle but a cheeky slap on the bum from his Bestman & brother took his mind of any tears for just long enough. The drinks reception had a lovely, relaxed vibe with the classical musicians playing whilst guests enjoyed Ice-Cream,Champagne & Sun Sun Sun.

Mike & Gillians children stole most of the day with a great rendition of ‘He never leaves the seat up’ and a great opening speech which you can see in the video below.

The children also joined them for their first dance and then the night kicked off with a Ceili Band & BBQ on the terrace as the sun set on this Glorious British Wedding.

Falcon Manor Wedding Videography: Natalie & Adam

We have shot at pretty much every James Place wedding venue over the last few years with the exception of Falcon Manor so with all out video gear packed we headed over to Yorkshire for a glorious day in the sun with Natalie, Adam and all their guests.

An early start for us to capture the bridal prep’s with one of our favorite documentary wedding photographers David Scholes and awesome make-up artist Flossy and Leigh. We had a very hectic morning capturing everything going on in the bride,groom and parents rooms before the ceremony began. Natalie & her Bridesmaids looked stunning as they walked up the aisle, take a look at the video below…

Dance floor Couture hosted the wedding breakfast and evening reception which included an entertaining ‘Mr & Mrs Game’ before the speeches commenced. The bride & groom asked for a private first dance before their official one which gave us an opportunity to capture some fantastic footage of the couple before squeezing everyone onto the dance floor.

Mr & Mrs Taylor’s wedding was a perfect sunny day in Lancashire, Clare did not stop smiling alllll day which made it very easy for myself and Ashton Photography to capture at the stunning Stanley House.

We were joined by James Bell Saxophonist for the drinks reception and then The Rush ‘BLEW THE ROOF’ for the first dance and kept the floor packed for the rest of the night.

Pete & Lucy: Wedding Films at Mitton Hall

Oh what a great wedding to kick off the season 🙂

Pete arrived at Mitton Hall in style (Maserati Style) with his Best Man and closely followed by the Groomsmen & son, Mason. As Lucy walked down the aisle she just managed to hold her self together but the mood soon changed thanks to Pete’s nerves during the vows and Mason making his presence known during the ceremony (Veerryy funny)

The singing waiters added a nice surprise along with a little drama for the guests during the meal, everyone was on their feet dancing and throwing their napkins in the air!

A great couple to shoot, wonderful guests and venue….
